What if I don't know my acreage or parcel number?
That’s fine. Give us the county and the nearest crossroads or a description of where it sits, and we’ll find it in the county records.
Will you contact me repeatedly?
No. We’ll follow up once or twice while we’re working on your offer. After that, if we haven’t heard from you, we’ll leave you alone.
Can I sell just part of my land?
Often, yes. If you want to keep the cabin site or the frontage and sell the back acreage, tell us in the form and we’ll see what’s possible.
